You would have your ass handed to you. You wouldn't be able to keep up with her if you tried. |

Great interview. It's nice to see a woman who is doing something positive for the sport and for all the other female riders. Very encouraging!!! |

I'm with you danny. Won't be buying a seasons pass for C.O.P. anymore either. |

I know I'm going to get a lot of negative props here... I have been riding C.O.P. since they first opened for biking several years ago. Every spring I used to buy a seasons pass so I could ride a couple of nights a week after work and on weekends. Such a convenient place to have right in the city! I was really happy to hear that they were building new trails this season. However, after visiting C.O.P. last month, I was extremely disappointed and won't bother returning. Yeah, the trail network was a bit of a mess before...but the hill was way more fun. The stunts were more challenging and there was more variety with all kinds of little hidden stuff everywhere. Now the runs a big, wide family friendly trails...not a bad thing if they had kept some of the older stunts or created some new runs that were a little more aggressive. I know C.O.P. has spent a ton of money on the bike park, it's just unfortunate that in making it this way, they have eliminated some of the more advanced riders from their hill. |

Good job on all of your hard work. I think it's great that people are putting effort in to making some great bike trails in Ontario. It's really nice to see! |

I will be getting married at Pano next month and haven't even ridden there yet. After reading your write-up I feel a lot better about my choice of mountains for tying the knot! Thanks Tyler |

Thanks for the update! Love all the work that is being done at Kicking Horse this year!!! I'll be back to ride there again soon |

Matt Hunter is not only an amazing rider...he's also the nicest guy out there. |

Great story Danice! I look forward to hearing more about your biking/racing adventures |

It's about time! I have been riding for 10 years and it has been a struggle to find bikes that fits me properly. Slowly the industry is starting to accommodate the female rider. Clothes are starting to fit better and now finally they are making bikes for us too. Nice work Transition! I know where I'll be looking when it comes time to purchase my new ride! |

Yeah, I agree, those designs are mediocre. There are a lot of creative people on Pinkbike. The contest is a great way to get loads of submissions. And of course great advertising in itself. |

You would be punishing the skaters. It wouldn't teach the city much of a lesson either. |

That's pretty much the attitude they assume the riders have. |

It's extremely unfortunate that the jumps got bulldozed. However, I can't say that I am surprised. This is the way the world is becoming. It's all part of a bigger problem. People have this attitude that they are so much more important than everybody else. They take up 2 parking spots at the mall because they don't want anyone to touch their Hummer. They cut in front of you in line and treat sales staff like crap because they are in a hurry and therefor more important. You're lucky if you get any sort of customer service at all these days because everyone thinks that they're worth more than $12 an hour pay. Kids spend all of their time planted in front of the TV or on the computer playing video games. Many young adults have terrible social skills because they were brought up by a TV and had stuff handed to them without needing to work for it. Here are a group of kids that went out and found a great place to build & maintain some jumps. Like the writer said, they aren't drinking, doing drugs, loitering at the malls, getting fat sitting in front of a TV... They are interacting with each other, working together, exercising and having fun. They picked up after themselves, didn't wreck anything or cause any sort of trouble and this is how they are treated. All because of one person that felt that they were more important than everyone else. Sad. |

That's terrible. I'm sorry to hear that. It's good that they are open for another season, however I suspect that this may be their last due to the type of trails they are planning on having from now on. People who get hurt riding stuff they shouldn't be who then turn around and blame the mountain ruin it for everyone. How many lift accessed bike parks in the U.S. have been closed due to this? It's total garbage. |

Yeah Graham!!! So nice to see you killing it on film! So many great things to come from this kid. Nicest guy you'll ever meet! |

They are relying on people who just happen to be visiting the website to find out about the race? Had I known at least a week in advance I would have gone. |

Yeah I'm with you. The race is tomorrow morning at 9:30...a little bit more notice would have been nice. |
